It is quite a surprising look and many might not managed to believe that she is the head servant. MAMA's true human form is considered as ethereal and young of female. Warm ivory skin with built resemble to hourglass and hair that is long. Some said that she has dark hair with purple eyes, some said green eyes, even there was one that witness that she has blonde hair with green eyes. However, both shared the same height and weight: 174 cm and 65kg. Her true spirit form is made up of a galaxy-like (reflecting her home: Pictor A) forming a human-like female body with her heart is a true black hole that sometimes could 'devour the stars'.

The similarity between MAMA and Haleen is their warm and tactful personality. Haleen herself was a woman of alluring appeal and sophisticated with her ways to manage the Voltaire's household. She was quite the social butterfly who could hold a mysterious air. On the other hand, MAMA is more in love with solitude, shy, timid, too offbeat and rather childlike in ways of thinking, fond of melancholy—sometimes, resulting of her having a serene, yet gawky presence and overall soft spoken. In her true human form, this could be displayed clearly. However, as MAMA fused with Haleen, she is more of an aloof and taciturn with a streak of welcoming and caring persona to the children.

She is also fond of gardening, decorating, and flowers. In Voltaire's household, she mostly known as Miss Haleen. MAMA interests changes (yet varies) from the time she was a human until spirit; it drastically shifts into cooking, baking, sleeping, children, collecting things, and meditation. She is also exceptional in singing, practically opera. It is quite ironic, however, that she almost considered a certain degree of dislike towards astronomy and DIY (since MAMA in her human form was absolutely considered those as her main interest). She also likes jasmine tea and has little to none preference about food and drink. Haleen, for all of her life, remains single of marital status. MAMA, however, is married with the wedding ring on her finger as the proof and referred her husband as The Black Rose/La Rosa Negra. MAMA physical strength is considered as Superhuman in whichever human form she takes; she forgot the exact normal takes, but it is more than enough to lift several buildings. MAMA also entrusts to govern polar lights—purely the natural phenomenon or mythology and several entity-related.
